By accessing or using fitzgeraldcoaching, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. fitzgeraldcoaching reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.

fitzgeraldcoaching may only be used by adults aged 18 or older for lawful, personal, or professional creative purposes. All users must complete age verification at registration.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload images of minors under any circumstances. You may not process images of real individuals without their explicit consent. Any non-consensual use is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal referral.

You may not use fitzgeraldcoaching to produce, distribute, or publish content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws governing obscenity, harassment, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

Intellectual Property

All underlying technology, model weights, interface designs, and brand assets belonging to fitzgeraldcoaching are protected by copyright. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

fitzgeraldcoaching provides the service on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fitzgeraldcoaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Third-Party Services

fitzgeraldcoaching uses third-party providers for payment processing (Stripe) and cloud infrastructure. Your interaction with those providers is governed by their respective terms of service.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access to fitzgeraldcoaching immediately.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time. All uploaded images are deleted automatically within 24 hours regardless of account status.

Changes to These Terms
