fitzgeraldcoaching collects your email address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details), and usage metadata such as generation count and session timestamps.

Uploaded images are processed in memory and written to encrypted temporary storage only for the duration of processing. They are never used for model training or analytics.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account management, billing notifications, and product updates. Usage metadata helps us monitor platform performance and detect abuse. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Cookies

fitzgeraldcoaching uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your settings. No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are used.

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.

Data Sharing

We share data only with Stripe for payment processing and our cloud infrastructure provider for hosting. Both are bound by data processing agreements. No image data is shared with any external party.

Security Measures

All data transmitted to and from fitzgeraldcoaching is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Images at rest are encrypted with AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted to two senior engineers.

We conduct security reviews every quarter. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable data protection law.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data fitzgeraldcoaching holds about you. Submit a request to info@fitzgeraldcoaching and we will info@fitzgeraldcoaching.com respond within 5 business days.

Data Retention

Uploaded images are deleted within 24 hours. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
